Our client requires a CIL / S106 Monitoring Officer to carry out a role that will focus on data input and carrying out analysis using the Exacom software system. They have a very busy programme so they will need you to be competent in this area of work and able to hit the ground running. The role has a key admin function within the development management area of planning and will make full use of your data and spreadsheet management skills.
To carry out this role you will need to have undertaken a similar post recently and gained the specialist planning knowledge needed including the specific legal terminology that is uses. You will need to have the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise format and on occasion you will need to present material visually so good presentation skills are required. It is not absolutely essential you have town planning related qualifications as quite often these roles are undertaken by those from a finance and accounting background.
The role is based on North London and will pay around £19-£23/hr.
