We are working on 2 vacancies with the same client; both are for Capital / Regen PMs but each has a slightly different remit. Our client is a Local Authority based in Berkshire.
Having secured LUF funding they have a 30 month programme in which to deliver regen works in connection with a Theatre and a Library development.
We are looking for those with experience of major capital builds (£10m ), ideally gained working on projects of cultural significance.
They are able to offer hybrid working arrangements and either a 4 or 5 day week depending on your preference.
Alongside your strong technical delivery skills we need those who can work within an environment with a large number of stakeholders and you will need excellent negotiation skills.
You will lead on the project at all stages of the project cycle, from concept development, through feasibility and detailed design/technical specification to construction completion and evaluation so we need someone with a proven track record of end of end project delivery.
The day rate on offer is £500 (inside IR35) and the contract duration will be 30 months so these are some of the best opportunities on the market and we expect a high level of interest.
