Building Surveyor Manchester Salary £35-45,000 + car allowance + excellent benefits
This is a great opportunity for a new/recently qualified Building Surveyor to join a national property consultancy with an impressive client list and a fantastic culture in their Manchester office. This is very much a people business, the firm support their surveyors to be successful and meet their career aspirations. The workload for this role is nice and varied, you will assist the firms clients in areas including asset management, asset appraisal, development and helping them formulate their portfolio strategy. The role will include:
oProviding advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of property oConducting building surveys oTaking particulars on site, writing up specifications, obtaining estimates, planning maintenance programmes and administering contracts for maintenance work oAnalyse and report building defects oHandling claims and works oDilapidations oSupervision of on site building work
