A great opportunity for a newly qualified to 2yrs PQE Building Surveyor to join the Asset Management team of a multi disciplinary business. The workload is varied, working both independently as well as working within cross discipline project teams on both UK and overseas assignments. You will provide innovative solutions and technical advice to internal and external clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience off the following:
o Party Wall procedures o Schedules of Dilapidations o General survey work o Contract administration o Compliance audits o Defects analysis
