Full Description
Our client needs a Building Surveyor with the ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action. The role will be working on Social Housing stock.
We are looking for someone with a relevant surveying or construction related qualification who is well organised, proactive and happy to manage their own calendar and caseload. Specifically, we are looking for those with knowledge of damp treatment and works to remediate mould issues.
On a daily basis you will travel to sites around the Borough (pool car available) to complete surveys and produce specifications of works using a schedule of rates.
Our client is a Council in North London. They will offer contract to end of Jan but they expect it will extend significantly given workload.
Pay rate is £43.25/hr (inside IR35).
