Excellent opportunity to secure a long term contract with our client's Temporary Accommodation team. You will be working with vulnerable and sometimes difficult clients to asses their housing needs and options and work with them to provide the most suitable solution.
You will need experience of dealing with customers face to face and previous experience in a social housing team as you will need a good working knowledge of current housing legislation. Good communication skills are essential and you must be comfortable dealing with external organisations. It's essential that you are able to work well under pressure and efficiently under your own initiative.
Our client is based in East London and the initial contract will be 6 months. The rate will be £17-£19/hr (umbrella).
