Associate Management Surveyor London £50-60,000 + benefits & bonus
A well know and much loved asset & property management firm are looking to increase the expertise in their London office. They are looking for a senior surveyor/associate level individual who has experience within the commercial sector, specifically offices, working with investor clients. The business has offices throughout the country with London being their thriving head office.
This role will involve direct client relationship management, advising and reporting, tenant applications, service charge budgeting, enhancing asset appearance and generally ensuring an excellent standard of managing the assets. You will have the assistance of junior property managers, facilities managers and client accountants.
