Fidnes LLP want an Associate/Director level candidate who has at least 5+ years experience dealing with Office Agency on both acquisitions and disposals.
Successful applicants should have high levels of energy, a good sense of fun, be extremely ambitious, self motivated and the ability to use their own initiative, but at the same time willing to take direction and to work as part of a team.
Requirements: - Minimum 5+ year's commercial property experience (MRICS not essential) - Strong technical capability - Proven fee earner - Strong client base - Personable and capable of developing a network of contacts both client and agent
Fidnes LLP is offering a very competitive base salary circa £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience (but would consider more for the right person) plus a generous commission structure.
