A Mayfair based fund management business are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Asset Manager who is looking to step up in terms of experience and function. In this role you will lead one of the companies most established and valued funds. Assisted by a junior member of staff you will be responsible for all the strategic asset management, managing the outsourced third party consultancies, as well as sourcing, appraising and proposing potential acquisitions. In addition to this you will be required to assist on both asset management and acquisition activities for a new and very active fund, with diverse asset classes, which is scaling at speed. The business requires you to be a qualified surveyor with experience of the retail sector.
