Asset Manger £75-100,000 DOE + Results reflective bonus London, West End
An extremely dynamic and opportunistic property company are looking to recruit an Asset Manager. The business currently has 3 commercial sites in development phase and have recently acquired a retail portfolio. This role will focus on the strategic management of these assets. You will be managing and directing 3rd party consultants to deliver schemes on time and within budget throughout all stages of the development life cycle, as well as running other asset enhancing initiatives such as leasing strategies.
Suitable candidates will have 5+ years asset management experience involving multiple asset classes which will include retail. The ideal person will be passionate about the real estate industry and very driven. It is important that you want to work closely with the assets, be self sufficient and be happy to get out of the office and be present on site, get under the skin of the assets and understand the tenant mix and their needs. You will also need to be competent on Excel. The right person will want to work in a streamlined opportunistic business and be flexible/adaptable.
