Essex based client looking for an ASB Case Officer to work within a specialist housing team. You will be working to respond to inbound complaints from tenants and leaseholders. Some cases will be fairly routine and easily dealt with but you can also expect to be involved with some more complex, longer term cases that require sensitive management.
The department is particularly busy at the moment so you will need to be able to work well under pressure. You will need to be able to manage a diverse workload, adhering to targets by working efficiently and prioritising your work.
It is absolutely essential that you have previous experience managing ASB cases and you will need to know how to preparing witness statements and information for case files. You can expect to be working alongside the police and other agencies so good team working skills are required and you will need to have excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with stressful situations.
The role will run for 3-4 months to start but is very likely to go on for some time. The role is home based with requirement to attend the office 2 days per week. The pay rate is 18.91/hr.
