A Mayfair based fund management business have a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a real estate analytical background. The role is split into two areas; firstly managing the portfolio of one of their more established funds, using your analytical skillset to find and resolve weaknesses as well as making the most of top performing assets, the other element is working on acquisitions for a new and very active fund, identifying potential opportunities and taking deals through to completion. The business has multiple funds specialising in a diverse range of asset classes and sectors. This business is highly successful at what they do, they are offering a good package and will train and develop candidates in the more traditional areas of portfolio management that an analyst may not have had experience with as yet. They would like applicants with excellent academic backgrounds, written and verbal skills. Real estate experience is essential.
