One of our clients based in the South West of England is looking to appoint an Adults Community Commissioning Officer, who would be will be part of a team of four community commissioners working to develop, shape and provide services and community responses to meeting the needs of adults in the area.
In this role, you will deliver change through working with social care teams, a wide range of providers as well as with health and housing colleagues. Ensure that services give best value and ensure that the lived experience of adults with needs is central to shaping services in the commissioning cycle.
The ideal candidate will be a great communicator and collaborator and be able to make change happen. In this role you will champion, influence and implement Adult Social Care values, vision and strategy to support people to have the best life and to safeguard them from harm.
This assignment is set for an initial period of 3 months and the pay rate is £270/day umbrella.
