This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Acquisition Manager who is able to creatively add value to their talented and successful team.

The team are now seeking a proactive, ambitious and hungry Acquisition Manager to play a key role in the future success of Caridon Property, by identifying acquisitions opportunities (ideally off market) that can satisfy their ambitious growth plans.
Requirements:
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of the property investment market - 3+ years proven experience in a similar acquisition role - Hardworking, ambitious and entrepreneurial - A strong network of land owners, agents and property contacts - An impressive deals track record (please provide some details) - Ability to source deals from unconventional and off-market sources - Understanding of the planning process - Ability to work on multiple projects at the same times - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Full UK driving license
Our client is offering a basic salary of £40-60k depending on experience, with OTE of £80-180k+ depending on performance. Please note our client has the funds to acquire many sites, with extensive funding already in place to drive acquisitions over the next 5 years.
