Acquisitions & Development Agent (Principal) London £25-35,000 + introduction bonus + profit share
A London based Asset Manager / Developer are looking to employ a future star of their business. This company has a solid track record of successfully investing in value add opportunities across a range of commercial and residential sectors and delivering those projects with exceptional quality and financial returns. Their projects span the country, but they would ideally like this person to focus on the London market. The business JVs with leading property investor/developers, banks, family offices and private investors. They are looking for someone who can network with the agents as well as source direct opportunities from the areas where the brand is well known. Current projects in development include a 16,000 sqft office development in London N1 and a 3 acre site in Norfolk which is a new build residential scheme. You will have the opportunity to be involved with the projects up to completion, as well as the onward asset management of the assets, whilst remembering that your core focus is to find new opportunities. The business is based in one of their own developments which displays their exceptional taste.
The output expectations from the Directors of the business are incredibly realistic and the incentivisation they have in mind for this person makes this an incredible opportunity for the right candidate. To be considered for this role you will need to have a good grounding in property transactions, be exceptionally tenacious, self motivated and be 100% passionate about the real estate industry.
