Osborne Richardson is delighted to be working exclusively with Westbury Property, a well funded property company specialising in Residential Led Asset Management.
Westbury Property has an extremely successful team who are looking to expand, and as such we have been asked to find an Acquisitions Manager for their London (W1) office. The candidate will be responsible for growing their Lettings and Asset Management business. This involves the acquisition (agreement of asset management representation) of property investment portfolios and residential or mixed use blocks. There will be the opportunity to get involved with other aspects of the business e.g. development and investments, once the candidate has become embedded in the role
Our client is entering an exciting growth phase and is interested in meeting with candidates who have a strong understanding of residential property and access to an excellent property network and HNWI. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work as part of an experienced team, with tremendous long term career prospects.
Candidates should ideally come from the following backgrounds: Lettings Manager, Property Manager, Asset Manager, High End Estate Agency, Property Auctions, Property Finance or a property business development role.
Candidates:
- Minimum of 2+ years relevant property experience
- Ambitious, results focused, and have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and able to work in a team or equally autonomously
- Confident and creative
- Proven ability of identifying and sourcing opportunities
- Ability to financially and strategically appraise opportunities
- Contact base of property owners, investors and high net worth individuals
- Excellent organisational and Excel skills
- Ideally degree educated, with a property focus
Remuneration:
Our client are offering a very competitive salary package circa £30,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, but would consider more for the right person. There is also a generous commission structure and a further discretionary bonus , which means a successful candidate could earn circa £60,000-£80,000+ but could certainly earn more!
