Central London-based, this practice has developed a first-class reputation and impressive portfolio of public and private sector clients. As such, an opportunity exists to expand their team with a research consultant.
Whilst supporting a team of property professionals you will have a background and interest in architecture, urban design and the built environment. Although not a planning role, you will be able to analyse, research and comprehend socio-economic as well as policy data.
The role would suit someone with an exemplary academic background (2:1 or above from a reputable university) in geography, architectural history or property related discipline. Excellent writing, analytical, research and communication skills are essential, as is an understanding of design and the planning industry. Some experience in desktop publishing and graphics is preferred.
