Head of Creative Office Acquisitions and Disposals - CF Commercial

Osborne Richardson are delighted to be exclusively working with CF Commercial who are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial and ambitious Office Agent to join their growing London based team.

Founded in 2009 CF Commercial has grown into one of London's leading retail and leisure specialists with an enviable client list. As a result of their growth CF Commercial are looking to further expand their Office Agency (circa 180,000 sq ft of creative office space) by hiring a head of department to lead this expansion.

Emphasising their ambition, CF Commercial have acquired new office premises in the stunning and iconic Alphabeta Building in EC2, which underlines their intentions to be the premier consultancy when considering retail, leisure or creative office space.

Over the past few years CF Commercial have been instructed on a number of London's high profile developments working along side some of the UK's largest property consultancies, in both the retail and office markets.

The desired candidate should be highly motivated, have high levels of energy, a proven fee generating background and the ambition to succeed.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years office agency experience
- MRICS qualified (will consider candidates that are just shy of completing the APC)
- Strong technical capability
- Proven fee earner
- Personable and capable of maintaining and developing a network of contacts
- The ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision
- Full driving licence

Our client are offering a very competitive salary circa £40,000 to £50,000+ depending on experience plus a very generous commission structure.
