Our client offers the opportunity to join a number of their highly regarded teams covering areas such as Retail, Licensed & Leisure, Hotels and Healthcare.
Experience within the Real Estate industry, together with high levels of energy and a strong sales track record are required for this role. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and are able to use their own initiative, but at the same time willing to take direction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years agency experience (can include Residential or related sales - Strong technical capability. - Proven fee earner. - Personable and capable of developing a network of contacts both client and agent. - The ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision. - Full driving licence.
Our client are offering a very competitive salary package circa £30,000 to £45,000 depending on experience (but would consider more for the right person) plus a generous commission structure and car allowance, together with a company pension scheme, group income protection, life assurance and excellent career prospects.
