Osborne Richardson has 2 opportunities for experienced Project Managers to join our local authority client for contract roles which will initially run until the end of Marc 2021. Our client requires candidates with backgrounds in Economic Growth and Development and supporting businesses and people into jobs
One position will require you to work closely with other Project Managers on work activities and programmes that support businesses to survive and recovery due to the impact of COVID-19.
The second position will require the successful candidate to support a sub-team to evaluate and process applications for local business support grants on behalf of the government via online forms, MS Excel documents, anti-fraud measures and SAP payment processes.
Applicants for this position must have significant recent experience of economic development initiatives, strong experience of engaging local businesses and LEP's, of working with partner organisations and of project delivery. This experience will ideally have been gained in a local authority setting. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively using a wide variety of media and methodologies, including written, oral and visual means.
Our client is based in London and they are offering a rate of £230/day (this role is inside IR35). Our client requires candidates who can start before the end of January. Please get in touch for more information including a job spec.
