Our client is looking to appoint a Travel Plan Monitoring Officer to carry out the core tasks as listed below: - Create a process and procedure for monitoring travel plans for developments. - Ensure that developments have satisfied all conditions of the travel plan and enforce where necessary. - Make use of relevant software to process travel plans, measures and travel surveys (iTRACE, STARSfor). - Ensure that s106 contributions are drawn down.

A relevant planning degree is required and previous experience of S106 processes would be an advantage; consideration will be given to those with strong DM experience. You will need to be IT literate and ideally have experience of the software mentioned.
The role will be at least 3 months but very likely to extend and the rate will be around £20-£25/hr.
