Our client, based in the West Midlands, are looking for a Housing Officer who can work in the HMO Licensing team. You will be reporting to the HMO Licensing Manager, carrying out full HHSRS inspections of properties for which HMO license applications have been made.
Due to the nature of the work you MUST hold the HHSRS certificate while also being able to carry out inspections of licensed HMO properties in response to complaints and in accordance with the compliance sample survey.
If successful you will be an offered an initial 2 month contract earning £23PH LTD and will be asked to start ASAP.
