This role represents the opportunity to work on one of Europe's most exciting large scale regen projects with a total value of around £4bn. Given the scale of the works and the profile of the scheme the comms aspect of the project is absolutely critical and as the Strategic Comms Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the right message is delivered and all stakeholder engagement activity is conducted in an appropriate and professional way. There will be many key stages in the development of this project and you will advise on the best strategies to apply to identify risks and manage issues and carry out consultation and engagement exercises.
To apply for this role it is absolutely essential you have worked in a similar capacity previously, appreciate the cycle and technicalities involved in work of this nature and you are able to engage with a wide and varied range of stakeholders. There are many different aspects involved in this project - residential development / transport infrastructure / commercial and retail development - so a good general knowledge of all areas would be an advantage.
You will be based in North West London and the day rate will be around £300-£350/day with an initial 3 month contract expected to extend for a prolonger period given the nature of this project.
