Our client, based in North Wales is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced EHO to undertake HMO Licensing Inspections. This will involve visits and inspections to check compliance with HMO licenses, risk assessments using HHSRS and processing HMO licenses. The work will also involve the investigation of complaints and enquiries which may lead to formal or informal interventions to secure compliance with relevant legislation and guidance.
In order to be considered it is essential that you are EHORB Registered, have a Diploma or Degree level qualification in Environmental Health or equivalent and have recent experience of working within this field.
Rates will be up to £30 per hour. Contract to start ASAP and will run for an initial 2 months.
