Experienced Leisure Agent - Top London Consultancy

We are delighted to be working with one of the UK's prominent restaurant and leisure property specialists, who are looking for an experienced leisure agent to join their established and highly regarded West End office.

Our client provides a full range of services including Acquisitions & Disposals, Professional Services and Investment within the Leisure and Hospitality sector. Working with international operators, emerging and established chains, as well as prominent industry real estate investors the successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the sector and be able to bring business with them.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to use their own initiative, but at the same time willing to take direction.

Requirements:

- Educated to degree level or higher (RICS accredited not essential)
- Strong grades
- Experience in the leisure/retail agency world
- A known presence within the leisure/retail property world both with agents and clients
- Experience in conducting agency deals of the sort
- Strong technical capability
- Self motivated and enthusiastic
- Personable and capable of developing a network of contacts both client and agent
- The ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision

Our client is offering a competitive basic salary circa £35,000 + excellent commission structure that will see 6 figure salary within first 2 years, depending on experience (but would consider more for the right person).
