Our client is a local authority who are seeking a City Centre Manager who can take specific responsibility for the regeneration and strengthening of the city centre's retail offering. You will be a champion for the city centre, possessing substantial commercial experience, strong influencing skills, and someone who can build strong partnerships with businesses, and ensure that economic growth and activity are facilitated.
Applicants for this post must have previous experience of economic regeneration within a local authority setting. You will have excellent relationship building skills, the ability to execute an Action Plan, be able to supervise contractors, and be a visible point of contact.
