Britons searching for jobs in regeneration may be interested in reports by one firm indicating that 2010 should prove to be a year of success.
As St Modwen Properties releases details of its financial performance for the 12 months leading up to November 30th, chairman Anthony Glossop notes that the organisation is now starting to see "important signs of improvement" following the difficulties it faced last year.
Indeed, Mr Glossop points out the firm is in "a good position to seize attractive opportunities" to boost its Hopper project, something that may buoy the hopes of those searching for regeneration vacancies.
The annual report also noted that St Modwen is currently drafting up its masterplan for its planned regeneration project in Exeter which will see some 1.4 million sq of office and industrial space created in the city.
People seeking work may also be interested to hear that the latest Bracknell regeneration was recently given planning approval by the town's council which will see two new office buildings created.
