Environmental Health Officer/Technical Officer - Food Safety

We are searching for an experienced Environmental Health Officer or Technical Officer who has both local authority and private sector experience. You will have at least 3 to 5 years practical experience in an Environmental Health role of undertaking Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Inspections/Audits for our Private Sector client.

You must be competent in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Legislation and good practice in a catering environment.

Each audit will take a day, half a day on site, half a day writing. Up to 6 audits per month available. 3 months ext

The work will be in the North East region which includes, Durham through to North Yorkshire.
