With significant consultancy experience, the right candidate will have project managed high-profile residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes for both public and private sector clients.
Comprehensive knowledge of planning policy issues and development control procedures is a must as the role includes preparation and submission of planning applications, appraisals and the provision of first-class strategic planning advice. The role will also include a substantial element of business development whilst also sustaining and facilitating an existing client base.
The successful individual will be confident and motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A full understanding of the central London property and planning market as well as an established infrastructure of contacts within London authorities is a must.
