Full training will be provided in other aspects of Environmental Consultancy, both in-house and via external qualifications & CPD- essential in our clients legislative-driven marketplace. There may be opportunities to specialise in specific areas of the business over time but the role will primarily focus on developing your skills to succeed as a Consultant in the disciplines below: • Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Inspections • Legionella Risk Assessment and Management • Fire Risk Assessment & Fire Safety • Water Quality and Water Treatment
In addition, you will be actively involved in the following important areas of our clients business: • Scientific report writing • Technical client account management & liaison • Developing knowledge and skills using our online compliance & reporting system
Experience Required Applicants must have a P402 and be able to demonstrate experience and competency in conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition Asbestos Surveys in a variety of building types. Other asbestos proficiency qualifications will be an advantage, as would other Health and Safety qualifications particularly in relation to Fire Risk Assessment. Applicants must have a full driving licence as the role can involve a considerable amount of field-based travel.
